To further expand our Zero Trust services with clients, we are looking for a Management Consultant with a passion for connection and the human aspect within IT change projects. What will you do?

As a Management Consultant at One Zero IT, you will guide our clients at the managerial and organizational level during Zero Trust implementation projects. You will connect vision with action and help clients understand, embrace and implement Zero Trust. In doing so, you will work with architects, cloud engineers and security specialists on projects in energy, healthcare, government, industry and finance, among others.

In short, you are the point of contact for boards, directors and management teams at our clients. You have a dual focus:

Strategy & consulting

You know how to convince why Zero Trust is necessary, how it reduces risk and what it brings to the organization
You will translate our Zero Trust proposition into concrete roadmaps and project proposals
You will identify with our Chapter Leads which sub-projects and quick wins are relevant per customer

Supervising & securing

You will guide Zero Trust implementation projects on the people and process side: from governance and policy to adoption and behavior change
You support stakeholders in implementing new work processes and ensure the organization is ready for change
You are the linking pin between management and technical project teams

We ask this

Besides being a fine personality who complements our team, we do have a small wish list, mind you….

Our greatest desire: you are “eager to learn. We love to learn from you, but you also love to develop further in the profession.
Minimum 5 years of experience in (IT) management consulting or organizational consulting
Demonstrated experience with change and adoption projects
You are strong in stakeholder management and presentation at C-level
Commercial drive: you identify opportunities, build relationships and convert them into concrete assignments
You believe in the Zero Trust principle and have an affinity for topics within cybersecurity, cloud and connectivity
